December Pop-up Workshop Announcement! Floorwork & Balancing

For the first time I will be offering this as a hybrid class, with both online and Zoom options for the same workshop!
December 7th Workshop Details:
This balancing workshop will include techniques, tips and tricks for balancing both tray and sword. Balancing will be combined with techniques for safe, strong and fluid floorwork.
Can’t make the workshop live? The recording will be available to review for 30 days!Participants should bring:
Balancing prop of choice: sword, tray (or a book if you don’t have one)
Practice skirt for maneuvering during floorwork
Optional: Knee pads or leg warmers to protect the knees
All participants (live or online) will receive the video to review for 30 days following the workshop

InvestmentIn person- $45 up to 12/6, $50 day of workshop
Online- $35 registrations accepted until 12/6 – Zoom links sent the morning of 12/7
